General conditions CAMPS

MEETING POINT FOR ALL ACTIVITIES

Each participant will have to make his or her own way to the beginning of the camp. The meeting place for the beginning and end of the activity will be at the sports center of the ice rink.

INSURANCE

Participants must be insured against accidents that may occur during the camps.

PAYMENT

CHF 40.00 per morning, one-time fee, to be paid in cash or by card at the reception.

CHF 100.00 for the 3 days, to be paid in cash or by card at the reception for Easter camps.

CHF 170 per week, payable in cash or by card at the reception desk for summer and autumn camps.

CANCELLATION

All cancellations must be made by email to info-gsl@leysin.ch or by phone to 0244932270. In case of cancellation, Gestion Sportive Leysin SA reserves the right to charge 100% of the total amount:
  • For daily registrations: Less than 24 hours before the activity date
  • For 3-day registrations: The Friday before the start of the camp
If a cancellation is due to a health problem, a medical certificate will have to be sent to us in order for the amount paid to be refunded.
Any camp started is due, except in the case of a medical problem occurring during the camp and requiring the participant to leave.
In the event of a shortage of participants, GSL SA reserves the right to cancel a camp and the amount will be refunded.

SUPERVISION AND SECURITY

All activities take place in groups of 6 to 8 children per supervisor. They are all supervised by instructors and animators.

RESPONSIBILITY

Parents or legal guardian assume:

  • Full responsibility for material damage caused intentionally or unintentionally.
  • Return postage for forgotten clothing or other personal effects.

By registering your children for GSL SA courses, you accept the risks associated with the activities offered. GSL SA declines all responsibility in case of accident. Accident and liability insurance is the responsibility of the participants.

RIGHT TO THE IMAGE

Within the framework of the various activities and animations, photos or audiovisual recordings may be taken for promotional purposes. Parents who do not want their child’s images to be used must indicate this upon arrival at camp.
Parents will not be entitled to any compensation for the broadcast of these images.
